COMETO Replacement Rollers and Guide Rollers

COMETO manufacture an extensive range of replacement grooved rollers for refurbishing existing straightening roll sets, or building your own units.

Replacement rollers come in a variety of formats: 

• Type CA for wire and tube up to 3mm diameter
• Type CAR for wire and tube 3-9mm diameter
• Type CAR2 dual row bearing for wire and tube 4-9mm diameter
• Type CAW dual row bearing for wire and tube 2-25mm diameter

Rollers are available from 23mm diameter up to 150mm diameter.

COMETO manufacture a range of replacement RU, RU1 and RU2 guide rollers for refurbishing existing guide roll sets or for building your own project.

Rollers are manufactured from UNI:X205 Cr12KU steel alloy, hardened to 61/63HRC to ensure long life. The external surface is polished to reduce friction between the roller and the guided profile and to avoid damaging the surface of the product. The rollers are assembled with rigid ball bearings, sealed for life.

Available in three different versions: 

• RU without pins
• RU1 with threaded pin at one end
• RU2 with threaded pin at both ends

Custom rollers are also available subject to a minimum order of 20 units. Chrome plating or TIN is also an option.
