COMETO Wire Feeders

The Type AL wire feeders come in 2 versions for pushing or pulling round or flat wire or tube.

AL6 with 65mm rollers for diameters up to 6mm

AL12 with 122mm rollers for diameters up to 20mm

The AL model feeder is used in many production scenarios, including:

• Introduction to dry drawing.
• Introduction to printing machines.
• Feeder unit for bending machines.
• Feeder unit for spring manufacturing machines.
• Feeder unit for wire straightening machines or for straightening profiles.

Normally these units would be used in tandem to ensure force and fraction.

Features hardened and ground gears for long working life.

Custom profiles available for roller grooves. Double grooves possible to increase versatility of running different profiles.
