WYREPAK PD-7 TYLTBAK Payoff Stand

The Wyrepak ""Tyltbak"" Payoff Stand is designed to pay off one wire or multiple wires to wire drawing, rewinding, insulating, bunching, tinning, or patenting.

It allows one-man, fast and easy positioning of 16"" to 24"" flange diameter reels without using any overhead or other material handling equipment. This allows larger payoff packages to be used with no lifting of reels or the assistance of other equipment.

PD-22 Hydratylt Payoff Stand

Wyrepak's Hydratylt stand is a self-contained, large reel payoff for reels 16"" to 36"" (400-900mm). The simple design enables heavy reels to be easily tilted to the ideal payoff position of approximately a 30 degree tilt.

PD-3A Multiple Head Payoff Unit

The Wyrepak multiple head payoff stand, to wire bunchers and other operations, is a unitized payoff system including Wyrepak rotatable cap/tension brush units. Any wire material, including copper, alloys and aluminium, can be paid off from any size or type of reels with wire breaks essentially eliminated, even in fine wire. Most insulated wire and some fiber optic material can also be processed with this Wyrepak system.
