Braiding Machines SL, based in Santpedor, Barcelona are a long established manufacturer of maypole style braiding machinery, bobbin winding machinery, pay-offs, take-ups, creels and taping heads.

They can also undertake remanufacture and upgrading of existing winding equipment and carry an extensive stock of completely remanufactured maypole braiding equipment and bobbin winders.

Formerly known as Trenz-Export, they produce an extensive range of machines from 8 to 64 bobbin carriers and from 80mm to 150mm horn gear size. Carriers can be adapted to run a variety of bobbin configurations.

Their equipment is simple, very robust and easy to operate with minimum maintenance and operator requirements. A large proportion of their production is for special or bespoke manufacturing processes, however the prices remain extremely competitive.
