OTOMEC Micro Plating Line

Microplater is Otomec's advanced electroplating line dedicated to the high precision coating of soft metallic wires in aluminium, copper, steel and special alloys.

Designed for continuous, spool-to-spool operation, Microplater enables reliable deposition of nickel, copper, zinc, Niz® alloy, brass, silver and gold with exceptional uniformity and concentricity. With a wire diameter range from 0.10mm up to 1.30mm and a maximum line speed of up to 400 m/min, this plant is ideal for demanding applications in fine cables, conductors, aerospace and high-frequency components where coating thickness control and surface quality are paramount.

Otomec OTO'FF plating lines

ECOPLATER: Compact and cost effective electro plating machine design, ideal for space limited environments. Line speed up to 120 m/min, enables tin, nickel, or silver coatings from 0.40mm to 1.20mm diameter. Perfect for small and medium productions while maintaining coating quality with reduced operating costs.

OTO'FF LINE STD: Otomec's registered trademark represents the perfect balance between performance and reliability. Speed up to 400 m/min, supports tin, nickel, or silver coatings with payoff/takeup from reels or baskets. Stainless steel structure with corrosion-resistant plastic lining ensures durability and low maintenance in chemically aggressive environments.

OTO'FF LINE HS: High Speed Electro plating machine with performance up to 600 m/min with 200m immersed wire length, vertical capstan shafts. Partial cooling of the capstan shaft group for heavy duty high cadence production. Complete system with efficient rinses (electrolytic degreasing, cascade rinses, pickling), plating section with cascade rinses, electronic rectifiers with air or water cooling from 4,000-10,000 A, dryers, and high-efficiency wipers for impeccable surface quality even at maximum speeds.

OTO'FF LINE HSS: Ultra-High Speed Electro plating machine performance up to 900 m/min with 200m immersed wire length, vertical capstan shafts. Fully cooled capstan shaft group (complete water cooling) for heavy-duty high-cadence production. Complete system with efficient rinses (electrolytic degreasing, cascade rinses, pickling), plating section with cascade rinses, electronic rectifiers with air or water cooling from 4,000-10,000 A, dryers, and high-efficiency wipers.

All versions include automatic galvanic parameter control, wire tension management, filtration systems, and chemical treatment recirculation, plus certified environmental protection.

OTO4 electroplating line

Oto4 is Otomec's specialized zinc nickel electroplating supplier line for high-speed electroplating of medium-large diameter metallic wires, from 1.40mm up to 8.00mm in steel, copper, aluminum, and special alloys. Designed for continuous production with maximum efficiency, it represents the ideal solution for industrial coatings with consistent thickness and quality.
