SSB Semi and Fully Automatic Bobbin Winding Machines

Semi and fully automatic winding machines can be operated in combination with static as well as motorized single wire payoffs for spools up to 250mm.

Bobbin winders are available configured for 1, 2, 3 or 4 winding stations, for winding single or multi ends or from multiwire reels.  Fully automatic machine magazines can be pre-loaded with up to 40 bobbins.

In addition, SSB offer highly efficient multi-wire payoffs for reels up to 630mm. The two, three or four bobbin fully automatic winding machine can work with constant line speed or with constant bobbin speed and guarantee a user-friendly and high-quality winding process based on programmable recipe management.
