WARDWELL Rapid Braiding Machine
The Wardwell Rapid braider is known throughout the world as an industry standard for the production of wire & cable, textile, medical, pressure hose, shoe laces and novelty cords.
With its vertical axis operation, it is available with 16 or 24 carriers set up for wire or textile. Integrated pay-off and take-up for up to 36"" reels and with enhanced guarding. Speeds for the 16 carrier are 75rpm for wire and 160rpm for textile, the 24 carrier machine can achieve 55rpm for wire or 110rpm for textile.
