COMETO GAP and GQ Wire Guides

The COMETO GAP wire guide has rollers which can be mounted in various configurations depending on operational requirements: 

• Horizontal rollers
• Vertical rollers
• Oblique rollers

This flexibility allows the unit to be adapted to various product shapes including flats, squares and rounds. The self centering facility is operated by a handwheel. Rollers are hardened and ground to ensure long working life, chrome plating is an option.

COMETO GQ wire guide

The COMETO GQ wire guide is a compact, simple and effective solution for guiding wires, cables or tubes with diameters from 3mm to 30mm. Engineered for precision and durability the GQ is suitable for integration into many applications: 

• Dry wire drawing machines
• Monoblock dies
• Straightening machines
• Wire treatment tanks
• Printing and folding machines

The GQ features four adjustable rollers precision ground and hardened to 61-62HRC for long life and is available in 5 different sizes:
